An integral part of the Client Care Team, Katrina handles a range of responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction, including ordering products, tracking and quoting warranty renewals and annual licensing, and scheduling Engineers to perform information technology services to meet client needs. Her focus on customer service and knowledge of the business allow her to quickly develop solutions to address client questions and concerns.
Joining SSR in 2012, Katrina has also held responsibilities covering reception, data entry, and billing. Her success in that capacity and the growth of the company led her to join the Client Care Team in 2014. Katrina’s career background also includes a number of years of experience in customer service and administration with a variety of organizations, including a commercial fueling distributor and two financial services companies.
