IT Engineering Practice & Delivery Leader
The IT Engineering Practice & Delivery Leader provides oversight and coordination across complex IT initiatives that support SSR’s client services and internal operations. This role bridges technical teams and business objectives, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within scope. You’ll drive process improvement, resource alignment, and clear communication to keep projects moving smoothly and clients well served.
Systems & Network Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced IT Engineer to be a trusted technical advisor to clients and a key contributor on our Infrastructure & Security Engineering team. You’ll join a collaborative group of 10+ engineers who share knowledge and push each other to get better. You’ll own the stability, security, and long-term health of client environments, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems, and you’ll work directly with clients to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
Service Desk Analyst
We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area to be the trusted first responder for our clients. You’ll own the client’s first impression of SSR, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving day-to-day technical issues, and you’ll know when a request needs to go to the NOC or Engineering. You’ll work across desktops, core networking, Microsoft 365, and everyday business applications, collaborating closely with the NOC, Field Engineering, and account managers to keep the client experience smooth and professional.
Software & AI Solutions Architect
We’re looking for a Software & AI Solutions Architect to serve as a key operational partner to our Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader. You’ll design solutions, write and direct code using modern AI development tools, and keep projects on time, on scope, and clearly communicated to clients. A defining part of this role is turning business logic and technical requirements into precise, effective AI prompts that drive faster, higher-quality development.
